1. Cancellation Policy:

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for any lesson cancellation. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged as if the lesson was taken.

2. Safety and Conduct:

Barka Driving School reserves the right to cancel any lesson if the student is suspected of being under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or any other substances deemed unsafe for driving. The lesson will be charged in full in such instances.

3. Payment:

All lessons must be paid in full prior to the start of the lesson. No lesson will commence until payment is received.

4. Test Requirements:

A minimum fee of £95.00 is required for car hire during the practical driving test. The practical test can only be booked with the instructor’s agreement that the student is test-ready.

5. Passenger Policy:

No child under the age of 15 is allowed in the car during driving lessons or practice sessions.

6. Block Bookings and Intensive Courses:

Any block booking or intensive course must be completed within the specified time frame agreed upon at the time of booking.

7. Liability:

Barka Driving School cannot be held responsible for any mechanical failures of the vehicle or for cancellations caused by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) or similar governing bodies. By booking lessons with Barka Driving School, you agree to these terms and conditions.
